Growing up, I always knew I was destined for something greater. From an early age, I felt the pull toward leadership and entrepreneurship, even when the odds seemed stacked against me. My path wasn’t always smooth, but through every challenge, I discovered resilience and a deeper commitment to manifesting my dreams.

After years of hard work, faith, and determination, I now proudly stand as the founder of three successful businesses—Express Errands & Courier, Dream Team Digital Marketing, and Manifesting Greatness with Roslyn V.. Each venture reflects not only my drive to succeed but also my passion for serving others.

But my story doesn’t stop at business success. In 2024, I made history as the first African American woman to be elected to the board of directors with CLDA (Customized Logistics and Delivery Association), a monumental achievement that showcases my leadership in the logistics industry. Later that year, I was honored as the 2024 Enterprising Woman of the Year, a recognition that reflects both the accomplishments of my companies and my personal dedication to empowering others. I’ve built more than businesses—I’ve built platforms for transformation, for myself and for those around me.

I am deeply committed to giving back, which is why I proudly serve as a "Big" in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Atlanta, mentoring young leaders and ensuring they have the tools and guidance to unlock their potential. I believe that real success isn’t just about reaching personal milestones but about pulling others up as you rise. My work in the DEI Committee reinforces my belief that inclusion and equity are essential to truly transformative leadership, and I strive to embody those values in everything I do.

Entrepreneurship for me has been more than just a career—it’s been a way to rewrite my own narrative and create opportunities where none existed. My journey is proof that with relentless determination, faith, and a commitment to excellence, you can manifest greatness in every aspect of your life.

I also believe in serving the community and actively participate in roles such as Membership Chair, Marketing Chair, and multiple other committees, including the Final Mile Conference Planning Committee. These positions allow me to shape industries and empower others by sharing my knowledge and helping others grow, both professionally and personally.
